We want everyone to be able to browse and buy from okiboo.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
What we do
- We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
- Text is sized for easy reading and meets contrast guidelines, and you can make it larger with your browser’s zoom.
- Pages work with a keyboard, starting with a “Skip to content” link.
- Images have text descriptions.
- The video at the top of the home page is silent, has a pause button, and does not play if your device asks for reduced motion.
- FAQ answers open and close with the keyboard as well as the mouse.
Where we still have gaps
Some parts of the site come from other companies, such as payment windows from PayPal, Stripe and Square. We choose providers that work on accessibility, but we cannot fix their pages ourselves.
