OKiBoo currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of OKiBoo.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
A description of the issue

We will review and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.
